I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Krystal from the help desk cancelled my order and arranged a refund within minutes of me phoning. I was then able to order the correct size. Looking forward to getting my new gloves. I am sure they will be great like all my other sealskinz products.
I ordered some gloves for extremely cold weather. I used the measuring guidance, added a extra size for good measure, and they were too small. The process of returning the smaller gloves and receiving the larger ones (which are an excellent fit) was straightforward and simple.
After receiving gloves that were too tight, heavy, and rigid for my needs, I contacted the customer care team. They were incredibly helpful in guiding my decision, and their refund process was swift and seamless. Truly excellent service.
First time ordering. Checked socks but one had small loops of material near a join (where colour changed on sock). If I’d paid a fiver I wouldn’t have bothered complaining but these were expensive socks. AI resolution process was pretty good. It fully understood the issue and sorted it in super quick time
Nelson the AI was fast and easy to deal with. Return was arranged in no time without any problems. Lovely gloves, well made but if you’re a watch wearer these gloves are not suitable due to battery position. Getting the glove on is tight and the strap couldn’t be pulled closed as it’s too short and I have skinny wrists.
