Sealskinz have exceptional Customer Service which really goes the second mile to ensure that you have the right product for you. They changed my gloves twice to make sure I got the right size and refused to accept any extra payment for carriage charges, etc.
Bought Stowbridge gloves from shop. Super helpful and gave me time to ensure I got the right fit. Then responded immediately from customer services when, after buying the gloves, I realised my on-line discount would have been valid in-store. Amazing how quickly they refunded me the difference.
