I ordered this for my son, who is autistic, attends forest school. I panicked after ordering and emailed to cancel. Immediately I received a response saying the product had already been sent. However, they also reassured me that they understand and I could easily send it back. The product arrived so fast, and my son loves it. There is no need to send it back at all. Really fast, immediate customer service.
I called to seek a replacement hat the my dog had chewed. Sophie was just brilliant and went above and beyond to help. She listened and got back to me so quickly. I was able to purchase the same hat and I was thrilled with the price and cost for next day delivery. Excellent customer service and quality products !
I had an issue with a pair of gloves and so contacted the company via their customer support desk. Despite not having the receipt or being very sure when I bought them, the customer support team were superb. They responded immediately and resolved my issue in a more than fair manner.
