If you've tried to manage a corporate rewards program using a spreadsheet and a stack of physical gift cards, you know it's a recipe for migraine. Xoxoday(specifically it's Plumber platform) positions itself as the "easy button" for employee recognition, sales incentives, and consumer loyalty.
I used xoxoday to redeem a gift for work anniversary.The options are excellent,and the redemption process was flawless.The website looks a tad corporate,but it is efficient and quick.I received my voucher code instantly and didn't have any problem using it at the store.
I wont recommend the Product or service to anyone my fellow colleagues as the overall interface too rigid to change.
I recently changed my company and my company email id was stopped. I tried to change my email id to my personal email id, however even after providing all the documents of identification and the company change, they did not budge. I cant place an order or redeem the awards that i have got from my company.
even after following it up with the Personnel at XOXO i get the same resolution that the emai id cannot be changed, however no solution comes from the XOXO.
The customer service is so slow that it takes ages for them to respond. Try through chat or through email the responses takes ages for them to respond. They respond even on chat after minimum 25 minutes. So if you are thinking this site for rewards for your employees, i would better say not to go ahead with them as they are the worst people when it comes to services they offer.

I still recall the first time I reached out to them about a problem. I was genuinely concerned that I wouldn’t be able to redeem my reward, which was quite important for me. When they got back to me, I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful because their response was quick, clear, and precise—unlike other support teams that either don’t reply or only send automated messages. After communicating with them for a couple of days, they informed me that I needed to wait while they addressed the issue. I waited patiently, and I was thrilled when I finally received and successfully redeemed my reward from the survey. Since then, I no longer stress if a problem arises because I trust the company’s support team will respond promptly and resolve the issue. Each time I email them, they consistently reply and address my concerns. Honestly, this is the most proactive and dependable customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’m very appreciative of their support. Highly recommended!
