Terrible service and total scam. I paid for a car that was promised for delivery in a few hours, then they suddenly asked for a deposit never mentioned before. After waiting all day, they said delivery isn’t possible. I travelled 45 minutes to their partner office only to be rejected after providing all documents. No car, no contract, yet they deducted 10% and kept my deposit as wallet credit. No response from calls or emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

This is the biggest scam in history of car rental. This company will take deposit of 1500AED from you card and will promise to refund after 30 working days but afterwards they will never refund you and never reply to you. Never trust them their thieves DONOT TRUST
Liars. They promised a refund for the 5 days my car was not working as they could not fix and did not replcace. I had no car and was paying for it. Then they also put me into forced collection as i was not happy and charged me the extra few days. Terrible service, I do not reccomend.
Worst experience! Rented a car and been trying to get my deposit back for 2 months. The false promises never end: every week they tell me "next week," and now I've reached the point where no one answers the phone or messages. Terrible management, zero service. Do NOT recommend.
I was charged for a faulty car which was not my fault and 6 months later I’m still waiting for my refund, for some reason every time I call no manager is available. Honestly this is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with, I would recommend not wasting your money with them.
