Very dissapointing customer service agents! Called 3 times and all of it is not helpful at all!
First call the agent just told me that someone will call to deliver the vehicle and no one called as I have a work at 11am they are supposed to deliver it by 10am and yet not one called me back.
2nd attempt same explanation expecting the car to be delivered as it is already past 10am the agent just dropped my call.
3rd attempt asking what time will they be able to deliver the car, I was told to wait and they will get back to me. 30 minutes already passed they just left me hanging on the phone as I decided to drop the call
and despite everything no one called me back from their company
I rented a car through SELFDRIVE and have been trying to retrieve my deposit, but it feels like this rental company will do everything to hold onto it. I did not get my AED 1500 deposit back
I had a situation, and Jonna and the staff handled it very well. They were kind and provided me with different solutions so I could choose the one that worked best for me. Jonna also followed up closely on this concern until everything was resolved
Ashita from the reservations team was amazing and very helpful. There was an issue with me having not had my license for long but she was able to assist and find a solution that worked for me.

His name is Abilash (not sure about the spelling of the name). He's been very keen, easy to talk to, polite, and very helpful. Amazing customer service from him.
do not rent from this company. 3 hours before delivery they call and tell me the car will not arrive and i have to go to abu dhabi which is 2 hour drive for me when they got paid for delivery. then stopped anwering my calls or texts. DO not and I am going to DED for this and Police. Selfdrive Uae does not have good customer support. confirmed with them multiple times car will be delivered and they confirmed

They deducted the deposit automatically from my Visa without proper notification, and after returning the vehicle, I faced a month-long wait only to have my refund request denied. Ultimately, the deposit was returned as credit for future rentals, despite being assured it would be refunded. While the prices are reasonable, the opacity and complexity of the deposit/refund process significantly undermine trust. I suggest they clearly communicate deposit policies in advance and streamline the refund process. I cannot recommend this service—transparency is essential for me.

I want to extend my gratitude to the representative who was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional throughout the process. Their friendly demeanor truly enhanced the service. As a minor suggestion, improving the response time on messaging platforms and call connectivity could elevate the experience even further.
