I am very disappointed with Self Drive. The service was far from professional: communication was slow, there were mistakes in my booking, and no one replied clearly to my messages. They even tried to take money from my account without any explanation. Overall, the experience was poor and I do not recommend this company.
I rented a car through Seth Drive for almost a year and had a very disappointing experience. They act only as an agent and take no responsibility once you are handed over to the actual rental company. After a minor bumper scratch, I followed their instructions and obtained a police report, but they still made the process difficult. When I returned the car, I was told to wait four working weeks before I could even request a refund. My refundable deposit was 1,500 QAR, but without any explanation they refunded only 250 QAR. Despite multiple calls and messages, I received no response or clarification. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I am sharing this review so others can be aware of what they may face when dealing with Seth Drive.

He lacks communication skills, and I was highly dissatisfied with the interaction.Based on this experience, I will not recommend Selfdrive to anyone if this is the standard of customer service provided.
