It was an easy process. I gave the vehicle information over the phone and I was given a price. A gentleman came to my home, I gave him the documentation that was required, he gave me a check with the exact amount that was quoted, he gave me the old license plates, hooked it to his truck and that was it. The guy was nice and professional.

I was going to go through them to sell my car, they went through asked all the questions and then offered me $150 less than scrap value for a my car. My car has never been in a an accident, runs, maintenance always performed and on time, new brakes and tires, and a clean title. I would recommend to not do business with them in any way shape or form, they are just trying to take advantage of people who do not know what they have. Update: they replied with the car fax said salvage title and everything, but I never gave their representative the information to look up a car fax, their response is a boiler plate response to try to justify the bad review.

Now for my personal experience, I created my own hiccup and ruined the first check they gave me. Ryan was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. So if you’re trying to sell your car and don’t know where to go well look no further because this is definitely the place! I just want to personally thank everyone that helped me you don’t understand how grateful I am to you all.

He was able to increase the offer and explained why it couldn’t be higher based on his extensive experience. He was very professional. The staff kept in touch in a pleasant way. When I found a buyer with mechanic talent, I received a higher offer so I went with that. Your company was the best of all the online companies that I contacted, both in professionalism and made the highest offer. It was a pleasant experience, no high pressure or manipulation.
