Review Time
Scam. Avoid this company as they ship goods from China and if anything happens to your parcel (in my case Evri left the parcel on my doorstep in full sight from the street and it got stolen), nothing will happen to resolve this. It is now the second time that I am told by customer service: "We’ve already raised this with our internal team, who are reviewing everything carefully to determine the best way to resolve this issue. At the moment, we are still waiting for their update." It's been almost 3 weeks now, and the question is: what is there to review? Evri have already confirmed that they left the parcel in an unsafe location. It looks like they will never send a replacement lamp and their customer service bot is just saying the same thing. £108 pounds spent, and nothing to show for it. Avoid at all cost.
I bought a light from these people on Monday lunchtime, Wednesday evening they sent a maessage that it is the wrong price and they needed another £50. In between I had no more contact other than offers of dicounts. Now asking for money back as I don't trust them at all.Preferably I would have given no stars!
I ordered a Dachshund Light based on the high-quality images on the website. Unfortunately, the item I received bore no resemblance to the photos; the quality was incredibly poor and it looked nothing like what was advertised. Even the dog shape was incorrect which proved they used AI generated or fake photos. When I contacted support to return it because it was 'not as described', the problems started:They initially offered a 10% refund to keep the unwanted item. When I refused, they insisted I pay for tracked postage to China to get a refund, despite their website listing an address in the Netherlands. They refused to cover return postage costs, which is a breach of consumer rights when an item is faulty or misdescribed.I did not accept this. I raised a Chargeback dispute with my bank, provided them with the evidence of the misleading product and the unfair return demands, and my bank issued a full refund immediately.Be careful: The website looks local, but the return policy is designed to make it impossible to get your money back. If this happens to you, do not accept the partial refund—go to your bank.Or just don't order from this website. They advertise products that look good but you'll receive items that look nothing like the item advertised.
Serenza sold me a table lamp that looks like a dog made of stained glass. I knew it wasn’t actually glass, but I paid £32.95 for it (reduced from £66). The description did not say anything about direct shipping from China, or I would not have bought it. When it took 17 days to arrive I began to suspect it might be coming from China. When it did arrive, it was a piece of plastic tat with lots of paint missing. It looked like it was made by a child. I emailed Serenza saying that the item was not of merchantable quality and I wanted to return it for a refund. After 3 attempts to fob me off with a small discount, they eventually gave me a return address in China. This return would have cost me £20 to get a £33 refund. Obviously they know that customers are not going to do that. If the item is faulty, the customer should not have to pay for the return. The problem is for Serenza to sort out with their Chinese supplier. So I got a refund from Paypal and I will not touch Serenza, or their parent, B&M, again.
Don't go anywhere near here. Ordered something relatively small in November in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Never arrived. We're now 2nd half of Feb and still no sight of anything. I have given up on comms with the company, complete whitewash, they have no idea. Fortunately got my money back through credit card, they refused to do this. Absolute charlatans !
