Very pleased with my pendant lights

I ordered these lovely lights and then was concerned when I didn't receive a message saying my second order was on the way. I emailed and received a reply about checking for me. A while later I was told they were out of stock for a few weeks, did I want to wait? I asked for a refund and that was proving tricky so I was very suspicious by this point, 3 weeks after the orders, when suddenly the first order arrived! Beautiful lights. I am now trying to get the second order reinstated.

I would definitely avoid purchasing from here

I would avoid purchasing from here. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.I placed an order as a gift for my sister. The order firstly took a fair bit of time to arrive. On arrival the piece ordered was clearly broken. Photographic evidence of the damaged product was sent to the customer service team the next day. We had no response at all. On prompting them again after 3 weeks a reply was given to say it was outside their 14 day policy to provide a refund/replacement despite sending them proof the next day. Due to their incompetence of acknowledging the email the first time round we are left with a damaged product and no refund. I suspect the no response initially was done on purpose to avoid a refund. (I even sent proof of the original email and the date sent to them). They ignored that.In summary this is just a disgraceful and disingenuous site to purchase from

Item didn't meet UK standards

Item didn't meet UK standards. Spent £600 for two completely unsafe and unstable ceiling lamps. Argued with what appeared to be AI for quite a while before being given the opportunity to pay to return the goods to China. Do not buy from here or is a con!!!!

Horrendous, do not purchase

So I bought what I thought was branches that had 150 lights on them with a vase. 1 branch arrived with less than 30 lights so not as described so Defo false advertising. Paid £25 and waited over 2 weeks for delivery. Contacted them and they offered me 10% of what I paid back so basically £2.50 and I replied saying that’s an insult and I want my. Money back. They then offered 20%, still an insult and replied I want my money back. Still waiting. Poor service. Don’t not buy from them. Wish I had read all the negative reviews!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wish I had reviews before ordering from this company. Despite their website indicating that my order of a ceiling light fitting would be delivered from Europe, it was actually despatched from China. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did finally get delivered to me, the box was in a terrible condition and the ceiling light was damaged beyond repair. The LED inserts were ripped out and the actual lights were dented. I contacted the company requesting a refund and provided photos of the damaged goods. I had an immediate response telling me that they were investigating and would come back to me. Over a week later I am still waiting for a response to when I will get a refund. I suspect I won't get one!! Please don't waste your money with this company. They are shocking. Poor service and dishonest.

SCAM COMPANY

Fake Chinese tat. Spent £35 on a lamp that was advertised as a Tiffany lamp. After 3 weeks of it not arriving I got suspicious as this said it was coming from the EU. Was actually coming from China and I make no exaggeration when I say the item they sent was probably worth about 5p and made entirely of plastic. Something you get out of a Christmas cracker level of trash. It doesn't even look like the advertised picture. Total scam, not going to waste my time trying to get a refund but hopefully others see this and avoid.

Unfit for purpose - don't waste your money

I ordered a sandart lamp intended as a Christmas present on 8 th December which arrived on 29th December. The website led me to believe the item was coming from The Netherlands whereas it came from China. The item was faulty and did not resemble the advertised product and did not make sandart images as advertised. Customer service agreed the item was faulty and arrived late but still no sign of the requested refund or a satisfactory resolution. In addition the lamp does not have any European or GB safety standards.

Use this company at your own peril.

Use this company at your own peril.I don't believe this is a legitimate company, it seems to be a company masquerading from the Netherlands with an address from a virtual office, but ships from China...........supposedly.I ordered a ceiling light for £157, after 2 weeks they admitted it was not available, offered me a refund or choose a different item. I opted for a refund which never came. After many email exchanges where they tried to fob me off with an alternative, I started a dispute with my bank.Needs shutting down.

I would give them no stars if I could

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered a lamp for £220 but it did not arrive. They say their courier - a company they say has no email and the name of which they refuse to provide - handed it to a family member. But I do not live with family and my lodger did not accept it. I've told them the courier must be mistaken or lying. They say the courier must be emailed for a 'certificate of loss' but then say the courier has no email and must be called on numbers which do not look real and do not contain international dialling codes. When I ask where these numbers are based and what code I m use use they reply at cross purposes, doing the question. I have now reported them to my bank. They are clearly scammers.
