Review Time
It’s now day 25 since I ordered, they keep sending me emails saying they are tracking my order etc etc but when you click on the link for tracking, it does not work. Only the very 1st email which had the complete URL brought up tracking (17track.net) info which shows UNKNOWN/NOT FOUND to this day. I have emailed them requesting for a refund and to cxl the order and their response was that they are still tracking my order - HOW? Since there is no info on the tracking site given! What a scam.
I ordered one of the “BOGOF” offers 22/10/25, I have emailed 7 times chasing my order. It is now 27/11/25. All I’ve had are what look like generic replies with a “track your order” option but this does not work. I have raised a dispute against the company with my bank. I am also reporting this to trading standards and I am sending an email to Rip-Off Britain. 😡😡😡
Zero stars Please do not waste your time, money or energy! It’s a scam almost 1 month since I ordered 2 items and nothing Endless emails, automated replies! Tracking doesn’t work and my shop app has stopped tracking the order! Very disappointed…. Lucky if you get your order
I ordered eight pieces as gifts. Because there were good reviews online I fell for it. I usually do a lot more research. I spent around $380 and the pieces came in looking so poor quality I could never give these to anybody as a gift. They look tarnished. The jewels are crooked. They’re glued on and turned yellow. I am so disgusted with the quality I had to say something to warn people that if you see any positive reviews, it must be someone getting paid to post reviews. I contacted the company two days ago and I’m still waiting to hear back from them.
Placed an order over 30 days ago! They won’t respond other than “it’s on the way”. Today I received a random text that they’re closed. I can no longer access the website. I’m working with my bank to get refunded. I definitely would NOT recommend them!
I ordered on the 16 th October some Jewllery , it’s now 11th November 25, so far having sent them number of e mails , no joy, still waiting , tge tracking number company will ask you to sign on with your credit card , don’t do it as they will take £24 pounds every month so that you can see your order : it’s all sounds like a fake company to me
