I made an order for around 140$ since Nov 7 and they kept sending update emails with fake tracking button with no link. No phone number available, and the website disappeared now ! The first time I get scammed online.

I’m not the type to leave reviews but Serephine deserves one. Everything from start to finish was smooth, and the jewelry is chef’s kiss. You can tell it’s made with care. Will 100% order again.

Scam! Do. Not. Order. Wish I could give it negative zero stars!!

Scam. Scam. Scam. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their website no longer exists as it once did. I contacted Shop and Shopify to let them know the situation especially after receiving weird random texts telling me to contact my bank for a charge back and giving me some Instagram account that is allegedly the owner of the company. I contacted the company's "customer service" about a refund which gave me even more of a runaround: still monitoring...still in route...and then today I got this: Thank you for contacting us regarding your concern and we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused. It seems like a problem occurred while shipping your order and so, we are unable to ship it now and we recommend that you process a chargeback instead so that the money will be returned to you. This is because a refund is an option that we do not have as of the moment due to the same problem that caused your order to be delayed. To initiate a chargeback, please reach out directly to your card-issuing bank or financial institution, as they are responsible for processing chargeback requests. When you contact them, be sure to provide:The transaction details (date, amount, and merchant name)Any supporting documentation (receipts, email correspondence, or evidence related to the dispute)A clear explanation of the reason for the disputeYour bank will review your case and guide you through any additional steps required. Absolute Scam please do not order you…

Absolute Scam please do not order you will not receive anything, you will lose your money. They send you emails saying the order is on the way, but you are not able to track it as the track option is fake. I wish I had checked out the reviews first

If I can give a zero

If I can give a zero, I would. Placed an order 22 days ago and have not received the item they kept sending tracking links that do not work. The tracking has not been updated since the day I ordered they keep saying that they are escalating, but kept sending nonexistent tracking numbers.
