It’s a scam

I cannot track my order, and the website is not legitimate. I have reached out several times and received one email stating it would take 15 business days, which I believe is false. Once you place an order, tracking is impossible. It is a SCAM! Please do not use them.

Never received the item

I never received the item. They always claim there are shipping delays; it’s been over two months, and I’m trying to get a refund. PayPal won’t refund me, insisting I must contact the company. It’s impossible. Do not buy from them.

TOTAL SCAM!

IF I COULD REMOVE THE ONE STAR, I WOULD! This company is a total scam. They took my money and I never received my order from 10/26. The tracking numbers don’t work, and I get emails promising my order is on the way. I received a text from a number saying my order can't be delivered and the store is now closed, advising me to initiate a chargeback immediately! No guidance on how to do that. TOTAL SCAM!

Scam! Avoid at all costs

This company is a complete fraud. They provided a tracking link that never worked. Customer service sends automated responses and stopped replying when I requested a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money.

X out their website immediately "SCAM!"

Total SCAM! I kept trying to reach out to them about my order since October 26th! They kept emailing me the same message. Tracked my orders numerous times shows no movement. It aint moving cause it doesn't existI've asked for my refund 4 times haven't gotten a single honest response...They literally took everything off their site no way of track anything or reach anyone. Only shows "coming soon" That's right! Karma is coming real soon! Not to mentioned....for everytime a genuine hard working customer gave their HONEST / bad reviews they end up writing two 5 stars fake reviews days later so you can think otherwise.Smdh...They don't deserve to have that 1 star. God does not like ugly I sure hope you all got your money back

Fake company, don't order!

Zero stars. I think this is a fake company, a scam. I ordered back in October and have since been spammed with emails saying the order is on its way, with a tracking button that doesn't work. I have contacted customer services multiple times and they ignore the emails. Say goodbye to your money if you order from this company.
