i ordered about $100 worth of stuff and it has not been delivered in 6 weeks. constant check in that it is being delivered but nothing yet. Total scam... stay away

Took a chance and so glad I did

Found this brand on Instagram and took a chance. The bracelet I got is so much prettier in person; shiny, sturdy, just feels right. Delivery didn’t take long either. Definitely one of those “worth it” impulse buys.

Scam company

Scam company. Ordered jewellery on 10th October 2025. Hasn't arrived, no tracking number given. Emails of: it's on its way, delay is not our fault , so clearly they received the order and certainly took my money. Now silence and have changed their presence on line. New name, new logo. Apparently endorsed by super models and featured in fashion magazines - I wonder if they know that they are supporting a scam company??

I purchased from this company based on social media, their warranty, and that you’re able to get the Jewelry wet. I am a little discouraged by how they advertise! When you look at the photos, for example the Love bracelet (I got the one with the rhinestones), you will notice that they advertise it comes in the Cartier box, the tool to use to put the bracelet on and iff Come to find out that is false advertising! You don’t get the box nor the tool for the screws even though the picture of the bracelet shows that it has screws. I have asked them 4 times in communication with them why they are posting those photos when that’s not what you’re getting and I have yet to get an answer. Very frustrating as someone that is a customer and may want to purchase more things. Now let me get to why I may not buy anything else from them… First of all, they are miss advertising with no explanation. Secondly, it does not take 10 to 15 days for it to reach you. I bought my stuff October 9th and I have yet to receive it. It’s still in transit even though their Shopify app mentioned that my items were delivered October 23rd. You can’t even purchase for gifts bc you will not receive in time !! Over all, I am not happy with this company and I don’t even have my items yet

45 days ago I purchased and paid for…

is now 45 days ago I purchased and paid for two bracelets. This order was confirmed and I was sent a tracking button.The tracking button doesn’t work and subsequent messages from the company saying they are checking up on why my order hasn’t been deliveredsend the same tracking button six times now I’ve told them the tracking button doesn’t work and I can’t track it for myself. Has anyone had this problem? It’s too much money to lose if I’m being scammed and I would just like to know where my order is, is that too much to ask? They say delivery takes between 10 and 12 days not so Now they don’t answer at all just beware as if you go to your bank especially the CBA they will cancel your card before they open an investigation so not only are you totally out of pocket but you’re also majorly inconvenienced as well. Is this the banks protecting us or the scammers.

I purchased a bracelet which is not suitable. The material it is made out of is poor quality and I am unable to wear it I asked for full refund which they have refused. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. You will loose money

50 days and no delivery

Update on Nov 19th- its now been 50 days now since i ordered and still no delivery. Contacted customer service several times who assure me the package is not lost and is still in transit and therefore they cannot refund my money. And by the way the serephine.co website has disappeared, it now says "coming soon". Does anyone know if we can file a fraud complaint with our credit card company to get the money back.I ordered a bracelet 26 days ago and was told item would be delivered within 5-7 business days. When I track the package, I get the same update everyday "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."Item supposedly shipped from China, DO NOT TRUST or BUY!!!

Total scam!

This company doesn’t deserved a single star 😡. It’s a total scam! It’s been 2months already and I still haven’t got my items. The tracking number that never moved at all. They disappeared in SHOP all of a sudden. Emailed them many times and says they will escalate this issue. This is from a response from an Andre K. at that time. And all of a sudden they don’t respond anymore. Total total scam!!! I won’t be surprise if they changed their website name to scam more people.

I might be officially hooked now

Okay, I’m in love. The bracelet looks gorgeous in real life and the shine hasn’t faded at all. Ordering was super easy, shipping was fast, and now I just stare at it on my wrist every day. Total winner.
