I haven't gotten any updates for my 4 bts lightstick ver 4, the website was on the app call shop and I did get and updated on the 16 of this month but am not if it will come or not so if not I can go and buy my lightstick from target on the 20 of March.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I impulse bought items. I made my order and after a week, I hadn’t heard any shipping news so I emailed the company but got no reply. Please do not order from this company!! They are a scam and just want our money.
I ordered the new BTS lightstick on 22nd February. Received an email saying my order is confirmed but since then no updates, no tracking number when I search for my order on their site it says order not found. They do not respond to emails at all. THIS IS A FAKE SITE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.
I’ve been waiting for a month for my order and I haven’t been updated about my order since February. PLZ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE!! As of I looked at their store today, their store was down and I don’t think I can contact the company now. You need a password suddenly to access the store which is shady.
Ordered KPop merchandise and they gladly took my money. When I emailed them several times about where my merchandise was or when it would get delivered I never once got a response or an error message saying it was a wrong email. I waited 2 weeks to even email them. Still no response at all. I had to get my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR STUFF.
