Footfactory offers a good variety of shoes at reasonable prices. My order arrived as described, and the fitting was comfortable. The website was easy to use, and the checkout process was smooth. Based on my experience, I can say it’s a reliable shoe store.
Awful experience!! I ordered Christmas presents on 6th December which didn't arrive until 6th January!!
I was told there was up to 12 days delivery, and would arrive before Christmas but didn't. I had no update after that correspondence and no replies to my emails asking where my order was.
I asked for a refund twice and to cancel my order, with no reply and almost a month after ordering received the tracking number.
Don't think I've ever dealt with such a bad retailer and poor customer service. Avoid!
My order was delivered on schedule, and the product was just what I needed. While I saw some reviews mentioning delivery problems, my experience was seamless throughout. The quality is impressive for the price, so I'm pleased to rate them five stars based on my experience.
I have mixed emotions. The product is absolutely fantastic and visually appealing. However, the absence of tracking information was quite frustrating. I would definitely purchase from this seller again because I appreciate the quality, but I will anticipate some delays next time.
I ordered a bag for a birthday, but it didn't indicate that it was out of stock during the purchase. The birthday came and went, and after several weeks with no assistance from their customer service, I had to escalate the issue with my bank, which I won since I still hadn’t received the bag. Surprisingly, it arrived after I took that step, but I then received a rude email accusing me of fraud for opening a case against them, demanding payment for the goods. I would have paid anyway, but I also had to cover a £10 chargeback fee. I paid it just to be done with them, despite their unpleasant communication. They operate poorly and react defensively to complaints. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I would give no stars if possible.
Completely unacceptable. I placed an order on the 29th of November, and the order is supposedly on the way (with standard delivery). After nearly a week, when I reached out via email, I was informed that my order was on a longer delivery schedule due to it shipping from abroad. There was a total lack of communication across all channels - phone, email, social media. They are deceptive.
I placed an order on the 21st of November and still have not received my order, nor does it indicate that it has been shipped. This appears to be a scam website, and I will need to contact consumer protection. They take your money but don’t send the products. Avoid at all costs.
I wanted to share my positive experience after seeing some negative reviews post-order. I found a pair of boots at a great price, in stock, and in the right size. I ordered and paid on Saturday morning, received a dispatch email with tracking the same day, and the boots arrived by Tuesday. They are perfect, and my daughter is thrilled. I had no need to contact customer service or deal with returns, so I can't comment on those aspects. Overall, it was a great experience for me, despite my initial panic after checking the reviews.
