I have been waiting over a month to hear back on case number 00177160. I submitted a transaction and it failed but unlimit took the money and never gave me crypto. This is completely unacceptable that I have been waiting for over a month to hear back and I will be escalating this to the authorities if this is not resolved within 12 hours immediately as this is a risk to all consumers
and the this site should be shut down. As a company you should be able to simply look at the transaction see what happened and either give me my crypto or my money back. I’ve had enough of hearing that you guys are backed up with requests. I’m at my breaking point.

I purchased crypto using Unlimit, but the crypto was not delivered. My card was charged (confirmed by my card provider), and as of today—more than 24 days after the purchase—I still have not received either the crypto or a refund.
I contacted Unlimit support immediately. Weeks later, the only reply I received was a generic “high volume of requests” template message with no investigation, no timeline, and no resolution. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up, but there has been no meaningful response and no refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this service. I hope no one else has to go through the same situation. I’m still willing to resolve this amicably, and if this is resolved (delivery or refund), I will update this review accordingly.
I am reporting a serious issue with Unlimit regarding a cryptocurrency purchase that has not been completed.
On January 18, 2026, I purchased 4,657.3107 USDC (approximately R$25,000.00) via Pix. The payment was successfully processed and confirmed both on the payment platform and within the Unlimit system. However, the USDC was never credited to my account.
Since then, I have:
Opened support requests (Case 00180186)
Sent all required payment confirmations and transaction evidence
Followed up multiple times via email
To date, I have received no response or resolution.
Several weeks have passed, and the lack of communication is extremely concerning, especially given the amount involved and the financial impact this delay is causing. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced technical issues and excessive delays with this provider.
Below is the last email sent to their support team, which also received no reply:
“Dear Unlimit Support Team,
I am writing to request an urgent update on the status of my transfer of 4,657.3107 USDC, related to case 00180186. As previously attached and documented, the purchase was made via Pix and was properly confirmed both on the payment platform and within the Unlimit system.
Several days have already passed without the completion of this process, which is causing a significant impact on my personal financial commitments. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this type of technical failure and excessive delay in obtaining a resolution.
Given the seriousness of the situation and the amount of time that has already elapsed, I kindly request that this matter be prioritized and that the transfer be completed as soon as possible.

I hope this public report encourages Unlimit to take immediate action and provide a proper resolution.

On December 9th, I paid $95 USD for an ETH purchase.
The transaction was delayed for months. I had to submit repeated complaints and even post on Trustpilot just to get a response.
When the ETH was finally sent on FEB 3, I received approximately $63 worth, not the $95 I paid. Customer support confirmed the ETH was split into two transactions and told me the value loss was due to delay — then refused responsibility, citing their Terms of Use.
Let’s be clear: I did not choose to delay the transaction — they did. If a company holds your funds for months and then delivers crypto at a much lower value, that is a failure of service, not “market risk.”
Support’s response was essentially: we delayed it, you lost money, and that’s your problem. No adjustment, no credit, no accountability.
If you need timely execution, transparency, or basic fairness, avoid this platform. I would not trust them with even a small purchase again.
I initially had a positive experience, but after making three deposits last night, I haven't received anything in my crypto wallet, nor have I seen a refund in my bank account. I reached out via email, but I still haven't received a response!
I purchased Tron through the service using Apple Pay, and I was promised that the transaction would be finalized in a few minutes. However, it has now been over a day without any completion. The support team has not responded at all.
This platform is a complete SCAM!!!

I've also asked for a refund, but I've received no response whatsoever.
This is clearly deceptive behavior.

At first it was decent thru trust wallet, but upon ordering $18 myself after it failing countless times it finally worked came out of my bank just to not recive my funds in wallet. Ive made sure was correct address. Still nothing and no word back from customer support:(
It's been over two months since I made my purchase, and I still haven't received anything. The payment was deducted from my account, but I have neither received the product nor a refund for the transaction I completed through a wallet on the blockchain. After reaching out to the support team, they mentioned they were addressing the issue, but that was two months ago, and there has been no progress since. I sent two additional emails and have not received any replies. I've noticed many others have shared similar experiences. I cannot recommend this service at all; it feels like a complete scam.
These individuals are deceitful. I contacted them about my use of cryptocurrency for gambling and darknet activities, which violates their terms of service. I demanded that they permanently close my account and grant me access to it. I am currently banned from all crypto exchanges due to my actions, and this is the only platform that hasn’t closed my account, which feels illegal. A class action lawsuit is necessary if my account isn’t closed promptly and permanently.
