We've been with Sharp Brains for nearly 8 years now, using them for both managed services and software development. Their IT team is responsive and proactive, they've caught issues our previous providers completely missed. On the dev side, they get business requirements fast, deliver on time, and build things that actually work without the usual back and forth. Commercially it's been seamless the entire time, clean invoicing, no disputes, no payment headaches. That kind of reliability over 8 years says everything. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very dishonest company and employees.There was always an issue with paying. Always!They always tried to make me work for free.In the end they refused to pay me for 4 hours after I did remote work for their client because we had not agreed upon these specific hours, eventhough it was the general agreement.I highly reccoment to not work for this company and save yourself frustration.Just don't!
