Asked them to unlock my phone and they couldn’t so sent an email 10th of Feb saying I would get my refund in 5-7 days. It said to reply directly to that email if there was an issue. When I realised it was past the 5-7 with no refund I replied directly to that email with my order number stating I had not received my refund. This was 7 days ago and still no response. Overall, no refund and no response to my email stating my refund had not been sent to my account. Money gone.
Service was amazing the person that was communicating with was so quick to response has a very nice way to lay our the terms and conditions and replies were quick what was even quicker was the unlock I was told to wait for 72 hours but to my surprise it was under 24hrs my pixel was unlocked
I paid for an unlock service and requested a refund according to their own refund policy. The stated refund period has already passed, yet they refuse to return my money.
Mail after mail they keep delaying and avoiding any refund. Just mails and mails asking for screenshots and never ending excuses.
No real support, no accountability, and no respect for customers.
This feels like a SCAM. Avoid this site.

It seemed reasonable to expect that they would notice the delay in communication and the extended unlocking time. It's worth mentioning that my device is neither reported stolen nor lost, and I have paid the full amount. Unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill the unlock request.
