Review Time
Have ordered a number of shirts now and never had any issues except for a tiny misprint on one of them, I didn't even request any refunds or exchanges but they are sending a new one anyway just because I commented on it in a 5 star review anyway
I've read multiple one star reviews and I understand we all have our own experiences, for anyone reading the newest reviews let me summarize the majority of the poor reviews, they are based on sizing and people feeling the company is entitled to correct the customers mistakes. Their policy clearly states no refunds or exchanges and the reason for not covering shipping to send back is because it would be too costly. Now with all of that said let me provide my experience, I ordered my standard sweatshirt size and the color and quality are very good, however it was too small, I was able to work with customer service, politely to inquire about the next size up, we came to an agreement and everything worked out fairly. I would order from them again, they have so many cool and unique clothes.
Order a full size larger than you normally would!!! I ordered the size I normally would wear however it was too small when I received it. I was contacted by customer support and they corrected the issue and sent me my order just one size up! It fits great and I’ll definitely be ordering more!
