The shirt was exactly as described on the website. It's cute and good quality. It was too big, so I emailed them to see if I could exchange. They responded very promptly and agreed to make the exchange at little trouble on my part. I would absolutely work with this company again! Thanks, Shawn!
TERRIBLE! RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM. I ordered one sweatshirt size S and another size M. The S is BIGGER than the M. It's huge, probably L or XL. It's clearly an error on their side. They are refusing to refund or send a replacement. First they offered a 5$ refund and a 10% coupon on my next purchase. Then they offered 8$ and a 20% coupon. But they are simply refusing to send a replacement. Do not buy from here, you will get scammed and they will eat your money!!!UPDATE: I showed them a screenshot of my review here, only then did they agree to give me a full refund. I kept asking for a replacement for the S sweatshirt, but they refused because S is their smallest available size. They did not seem to understand the mislabeling error. I see many reviews here about how they sent a replacement at no extra cost, maybe I was just unlucky.
I ordered a jumper from their site which took just over 3 weeks to arrive which I dint think was too bad however when it arrived, I saw I ordered the wrong size so I contacted them and they responded within the same day and said they would ship me a smaller size for free without having to return my current one and they would speed up the shipping. Great customer service
Great experience and a great new shirt! I purchased a shirt as a gift and got the size wrong. Shawncraft responded quickly to my email and offered to send a better size for no additional cost. Huge relief and very much appreciated!
I ordered two shirts having seen an advert on Facebook. My wife is a huge Gilmore Girls fan, and it’s Halloween too so went for the Gilmore Ghoule one. We have two dogs so I got a witty dog shirt.Delivery took about a week and a half. The t shirts are exceptional quality. Thick, great prints, durable. I had a follow up question which was answered within 24 hours. All in all, a great experience!
