Review Time
As others have mentioned if you do encounter any problems the company will contact you to make it right. I had stated the shirts ran small. They are sending me 2 more next size up. I didn’t ask they contacted me. I wish every business transaction was this easy. The color and quality were just fine.
I usually buy a M and they are a little big, so I decided to order S this time. The black tshirt was ok, but the green one was way too small. I have noticed that different color tshirts also sized differently. My package did not come with a packing slip either. I reached out to customer service and the problem was solved in 3 days.
Very poor quality t-shirt. Arrived in good time however the product is very poor. They are also trying to avoid giving me a refund, and keep asking if I want $10 and 10% off another purchase (even though I've said I don't like their products!). I would not recommend
Absolutely the best customer service. Great quality t-shirts. There was a bit of a sizing difference between the subtle FDT shirt and the I Want My MTV shirt. And Shawn craft were very quick to correct the mistake and are sending a larger size. Will definitely be using Shawn craft for future purchases!
This is an update on a previous review. I am very pleased with the company's response to my previous review and their solution. Since writing that review I have washed my T shirt. It came through with no shrinkage and no fading. It's an excellent product and I am very satisfied.
Never received the product (3 months later) and no refund. Costumer service gave me the run-around and never offered a refund. Filed a chargeback through my bank before time ran out. The fact that they did not offer a refund says to me that they tried to run it out of time.
Very impressed with their customer service. I had received a shirt in M, but it was too small. I wrote them and offered to send my current shirt back in exchange for a L. They replied within 24 hours, told me to keep the shirt I had, and sent out the L shirt within 3 days.
