I have no idea what Comfort Colors t-shirts they are using, but the quality is not the same as normal. The feel is harsh and not like the softness that normal comfort colors are. After one wash they shrank more than 1 size and the arms fit horridly. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. These shirts are clearly not authentic comfort colors. What a waste of $80, everything has been thrown in the trash!

The t-shirt arrived a bit later than I anticipated, but I'm extremely pleased with the quality! It's made from heavy, high-grade cotton, with perfect seams and fit, along with an excellent print. When I realized I ordered the wrong size, I reached out and received a prompt response the very next day, along with a great solution to my sizing issue. I ordered a sweatshirt in size M, but it was slightly loose. I contacted the company, and they kindly sent me a size S at no extra charge. Their customer service was outstanding. The sweatshirt is well-constructed, comfortable, and makes for a wonderful holiday gift. I'm very pleased with both the product and the overall experience. Highly recommend!
I never received the product after three months and was not offered a refund. Customer support was unhelpful and didn't provide a refund. I had to file a chargeback with my bank before the deadline. Their failure to offer a refund indicates they were trying to run out the time.
