Love the designs, and vintage tee’s. The crew neck I ordered is such a great fit!Customer service was helpful too when inquired and offered replacement T-shirt when there was a defect on one of the shirts I ordered. I honestly did not expect that, but they earned my trust. Expect shipping to take a few weeks if you are in Canada, as it’s coming from the UK. Worth the wait.
Shawn-crafts t-shirts and other merchandise are great quality. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised. But, their customer service is 10++! I entered the wrong address so my package couldn’t be delivered and when I emailed them they responded right away away with the info for the delivery company. Thankfully all was resolved and I received the pkg two days after I reached out - now, that’s great service. I would highly recommend Shawcraft bc of their quality and service.
Ordered 2 different sweaters in a different size, because it said on the website they allow returns.But, after finding that size M was too big (watch out, the sweaters are pretty long), the small letters state i could only get a refund if the sweater is faulty. So sadly i did not get my money back, however they were kind to send me a smaller size for free. Sweaters itself are beautiful and with real embroided prints, just bit long.
I ordered two short-sleeve T-shirts and a long-sleeve sweatshirt from Shawncraft. The T-shirts were great and matched the advertised quality, but the sweatshirt was a completely different story: the fabric was cheap and extremely thin, the size was far larger than specified, the stitching looked sloppy, and even the label seemed incorrect, as if it came from an entirely different manufacturer.When I contacted customer service with detailed photos and a clear explanation, the response was disappointing. Instead of offering a proper exchange or replacement, they suggested I keep the defective item and accept a $5 refund and a coupon, claiming that returning it would be too expensive because their warehouse is in China. In other words, they pushed the cost and inconvenience entirely onto the customer.So overall, a very mixed experience: the T-shirts were genuinely good, but the sweatshirt was awful, and the after-sales support not very helpful.
The service from Shawncraft has been nothing short of exceptional. I had an issue with my original order that was resolved immediately with no quibbles, and all subsequent requests were also handled swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.

I was updated with tracking information and received my order within about 2 weeks or less. One item was quite a bit larger than expected and when I emailed Shawn, she responded right away and is sending me a smaller shirt with expedited mailing due to Christmas coming!! Very pleased so far!
