I ordered three t-shirts, and two were too big. I reached out for an exchange, and they allowed me to keep the larger shirts while sending me two new ones in my preferred sizes. The shirts are high quality, and the graphics look fantastic. Excellent service, too!
After ordering several t-shirts as gifts, my package was misplaced by the carrier. The support team has been incredible in tracking the package and keeping me updated while resolving the issue. They went above and beyond and resent the package urgently. The original parcel also arrived after being lost for over a month!
