I put a redemption in of 263.00 on 9/18/25 and it still said pending 5 business days later , support quit awnsering my emails so I canceled and now haveade a 200 gift card redemption, if I do not receive my gift card by the 3rd business day , I'm getting the legal system involved for them being a scam Do not play on those casino if you win they will give an excuse to close your account , they do not pay , I warn you do not waste your money nor time on this casino, I've just contacted a lawyer and there gonna look into it so they probably won't be around much longer anyway

This is an update to my previous review

This is an update to my previous review. I have recently redeemed at this site. I redeemed winnings to gift cards since my bank was not on the Aero Pay list. There was a little wait to get my first card but after I brought it to the attention of Customer Service it was handled promptly. My second card went smoothly, and was handled within the processing time that they said it would be. I just put in my redemption for another card and expect it will be handled promptly also. Looking forward to when they are able to offer the redemption to be paid by debit card, and also hope to be able to purchase gaming packages this way also.

Still waiting on envelopes sent back in…

Still waiting on envelopes sent back in August (me and my mom) .. they cannot provide any info on envelopes except they will be credited in the order they are received and reviewed while the original email said they would be credited as soon as they were received. Lack of the company providing any helpful information exempt that these envelopes will be credited under the old AMOE rules. It’s now DECEMBER 1st and still no envelopes and no communication about them. Giving them a 1 star and stopped writing to them because it’s just taking way too long.
