Customer Service/Redeem Mix Up. Hello,I will gladly change this review when the problem has been fixed. On Sep 11, 2025, I had a payout of $468 that was declined because my bank account that was connected was closed. I contacted Aeropay and Sheesh Casino customer support. After back and forth, Aeropay has told me that the merchant has received the funds in their merchant account, and this is no longer an Aeropay issue. All that is needed to be done is from Sheesh to resend the redemption. I was told that the redemption was sent and is being processed, and then when I further checked up on the progress, support has said my account is under review by the redemption team. I have been dealing with this for almost a month now, and there has been no resolution.If someone can please help me fix this situation, I would be very grateful and gladly change my review.Thank you.
Complete Scam!!! Don’t Fall for It!I decided to give SheeshCasino a real chance and deposited 500 dollars to test different games. I tried slots spins and other games but none of them hit anything decent. You can bet 5 dollars on a spin and when you finally win you get something ridiculous like 20 cents back. It is a total rip off. After hundreds of spins I realized this site is just designed to take your money with no real chance to win. My friend also tried it and she put in around 300 dollars but quit when she only had 120 left. When she tried to withdraw her OWN remaining balance they banned her account. That is insane and super shady!!!!! This place is nothing but a scam! Do not waste your money or time. There are real casinos out there that give you at least a fair shot but SheeshCasino is definitely not one of them.
Sheesh Casino, like most other online casinos, awards a free “sweeps coins” bonus each day when you log in. One Friday, I logged in and—long story short—turned my free daily bonus into a $600 redemption. It was a wonderful stroke of luck! I requested the redemption into my VERIFIED bank account exactly 18 days ago (as of the time I am writing this) and it has still not been processed. I have emailed Sheesh Casino multiple times, and they have proceeded to give me the run-around about how they’re “reviewing” my account and my activity and will get back to me. It has been several days since their last communication. I have NEVER had trouble with a redemption request at an online casino and it’s not like the amount in question is thousands of dollars.I have reviewed the terms and conditions on the website, and I have not violated any rules.They will likely respond to this review and claim that I violated some random rule, which of course will not be named specifically, but the bottom line is…Sheesh Casino is dishonest. If you can’t honor legitimate redemption requests within a reasonable amount of time (or AT ALL) you should not be in business.STAY AWAY FROM SHEESH! There are plenty of other legitimate places to play online.Update: As predicted, they have now deactivated my account and refused to honor my redemption request, claiming I violated the rules. There is a reason why this business has a terrible TrustPilot rating; it speaks for itself!

They say redemptions are 1-3 days yet it’s been 4 days now and I keep hearing that it’s under review. FOR WHAT? They take the money straight from my bank account, I win, I redeem to that same account. There’s nothing to review. I WILL NOT BE BACK. There’s plenty of instant redemption casinos out there. So here it goes, this casino is a scam!! Why; first I played off of my referral granted to me and a $1.00 bonus from logging in. Verified and everything and no where at this time did it say YOU CANT REDEEM MOre THAN $100.00 from your daily bonus because I would have not wasted my time to end winning $219. Two weeks later someone finally answers me through messenger and all of a sudden their answer is I committed some sort of fraudulent thing but were willing to pay me $100.00 out of $219.00 also added they are no longer paying more than $100.00 for using daily bonus. I took the $100.00 because at this point I would take what I could. Also they asked me since they were pretty much allowing to still play there, I don’t even understand why they would’nt seeing as how NO fraudulent crime was committed otherwise they would have locked my account. They asked me to edit my previous trust pilot reviews because they were honest and they were bad about them . I deleted them and then I got paid. What does this tell you!!’ Don’t play here!! When they read this my account will probably be locked but I don’t care because they scammed me out of my money and i wouldn’t waste my time on another horrible experience!
