Shein customer service are the worst I've ever come accross. I've been trying to get back £109 for item I returned and they 100% received back. There is a contact number but you can never get through to as it cuts you off I've tried 100s of times, you can only send messages and it's different cc responding with automated response honestly it's made me ill I'm a oap and £109 is a massive amount for me. I've even went through resolver and asked to escalate to a manager had to wait 2 months for them to reply and say.... please go through the shein cc page😡 that's where I started in June all my case notes are still on revolver for them to look through but for some reason they won't... so although there are some nice items on shein be very aware if you have any issues shein customer care are not fit for purpose in my honest opinion as they have robbed me of £109 and they dont give a damn.
Very unhappy as SHEIN denied to refund even though I sent both the packages via inPost locker. I contacted 3 times over the live every time I was denied to issue refund. They asked me to send pictures of the parcels which I provided in the live chat still my refund was not issued. Just for £26 I been treated like a football. 24 hours been given to resolve this. I don’t have hope anymore on SHEIN. So frustrating and awful customer service.
