Have been buying from SHEIN since covid lockdown. Must have placed dozens and dozens and dozens of orders over the last five years. Have recommended to friends and family as so impressed. Prices are fabulous, vast majority of goods and clothing have been really good quality, clothing is true to size and the same as photos. Delivery is anything from 3 days to 2 weeks, never had any order not delivered. Can’t comment on their returns as have never had to return anything. Very happy shopaholic 👍
Having placed an order of over £350 for 36 items, only 26 were delivered - 4 of these weren't even ours. We raised it via their so-called customer service, where you can't speak to a human but a ridiculous AI ticketing system. Went through the online charade of stating the issue with the order 3 times, only to be told the order is correct at their end, and to check again. Called their customer service number several times, which claims to be open Mon-Fri 9:00 - 18:00. Every available option ends up cutting you off - the last of which asked me to select an option to describe my dissatisfaction, then thanked me for my rating and cut me off again! Even the UK CEO has his LinkedIn profile hidden unless you pay for a Premium account. Absolutely awful service and total disregard for the issues raised. AVOID.
Made an order. Not received, had no help from the automated customer service system. Indeed while I was checking with a neighbor on a phone call, as thewy asked me to, they just cut me off of the online chat and I had to start again. First time using the co... their website is unintuitive and badly made , simple translation issues such as confusing shipping and billing addresses, ask u to enter a shipping address, but really it wants a billing address... All companies have issues, thats fine, I can accept that, but its how they resoIve them thats important. I shall never use this Co again.
