To say I'm dissapointed with my latest order is an understatement, I ordered a reindeer door face,which may I add on the picture on website is large and covers most of the door,on arrival it is small,flimsy material and provided with glue dots to stick on door, not at all as advertised, also ordered what I thought again from the the picture on website was a 3d Christmas bus with a tree on top,turned out to be a 2d plastic bus that was supposed to clip on base but snapped as I tried to assemble, very poor, shame on you shien for false advertising, I have since closed my account,will shop else where
My account details were changed - to someone else’s name and address, as a result my order was delivered to an address in London. Shein response was for me to travel to London to obtain the order as they were refusing to refund. Michael (apparent manager) was rude, offensive and completely ignored the fact that my name and address in the account had been changed. He suggested I travelled to the persons home in London, which is over 200 miles from my address to speak to the person who committed the fraud- his lack of insight and clear disregard for customers safety and data breach is astonishing. The only care about getting your money, the lack of customer service skills and knowledge about customers safety and data breaches is that of a toddler. If you want your details stolen then this is the perfect company for you. They probably work in collaboration with the fraudsters. Even after I raised a ticket with the police to prove the details were not mine and address changed. Shein didn’t care as to them they had my money. Customer service skills are shocking. I’ve reported it to my card provider. Within my company we usually place a lot of large orders for productions. However, we won’t be anymore - this data breach also been shared with others
I’ve been a regular customer, but this time I was utterly disgusted with the service they provided. My recent order was delivered but onr item was missing (worth less than £1), yet SHEIN refused to provide any proof that it had been packed or shipped.After several messages, I only received generic copy-and-paste replies — no accountability, no evidence, no resolution. It’s not about the money; it’s about principle and customer care.I asked for photos or records from their warehouse, but they kept insisting everything was fine without showing any proof. Instead, these idiots asking me to send a photo that the item is not in a package. WTF..photo of an empty pack. Its like I'm talking to a brick wall. Are there any human adults working for this company? Oh just a stupid teenagers?For such a big company, it’s sad to see this lack of transparency over something so small. A simple acknowledgment or refund would have shown respect for customers.I hope SHEIN can train their support staff to handle these issues seriously, instead of sending robotic responses.Just disgusted with their service
I would never use Shein ever again. Temu has much better customer service. I done a big Halloween order and Shein didn’t put two items in my order - they refused to admit this and gave the standard items were packed response. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them
