This is a follow on from my last contact, you promised to look at my case and get back to me in 48 hours this was days ago, I followed the email you gave on Trust pilot, it was the same as the previous attempt into your main page, I did navigate my way to a customer service on line chat, who promised to get back to me in 48 hours, you are not just bare fave robbers you just spiel the same rubbish. I am not letting this go I will go to the trading standards about your company your clothes may come from China but you are conducting your business in the UK. I expect my situation to be rectified asap. I CANNOT BELIEVE I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME REPLY, YOU MUST HAVE A STANDARD REPLY WHICH YOU JUST AUTOMATICALLY INSERT. YOU’S PROMISED ME WHEN I FINALLY MANAGED TO CONTACT YOU VIA YOUR WEBSITE WITH A REPLY WHICH YOU HAVE FAILED TO DO. PLEASE JUST REFUND ME WHAT I AM ENTITLED TO AND STOPWASTING MY TIME AND YOURS. TRY BEING DECENT AND TREAT PEOPLE RESPECTFUL !!!!!
