Be very careful with their new refund policy. I wanted to return the whole order but they tricked me by saying that my refund amount would be higher than what they refunded. They took all discounts away and for the sheins quality I paid the price as if for very high quality stuff. Not worth the money or the time.
The customer service sucks. None of the problems are solved. PLEASE FIRE THE AGENTS. They won't reply or will reply slowly even on working days/during working hours. I kept on asking for help, but none of them replied to me. URGENT SHIPPING IS A SCAM!!! DON'T SPEND MONEY ON IT.
I returned a package, I have all the notifications, took pictures of the package , everything was done to prove it was returned. They have ' lost' it in the warehouse . How does that happen. 5 weeks later still no refund . They owe me £50 !!! Not a good enough reply Shein, I've done all of that.
