I have never faced issues with the service until this week. I am utterly appalled by the communications I've received and the untruths from the company! My parcel, which was delivered by a courier and left in plain sight by my front door, was STOLEN. By the time I got home from work, it was gone. I checked with neighbors all around to see if anyone had taken it in, but no one has my parcel. Therefore, it has been stolen. You have dismissed my concerns and falsely claimed that my parcel was ‘signed for’ and ‘left securely by the back door’. This is simply untrue! Access to my back door requires a key fob. I have reached out multiple times only to be told that I will not receive a refund or replacement. I am completely disgusted. I place several orders each month, and this has made me reconsider shopping with you entirely. I also have a photo showing my parcel left in plain view on a BUSY street. I WILL be taking this further! Please do not reply with your standard robotic response! I have already contacted all the necessary channels and individuals (robots!!) and received the same unhelpful replies.
I ordered some swivel chairs and inquired with the support team about whether they could lower to a specific height. They sent two chairs in one box, so I ended up with eight instead of the four I wanted, and they didn’t lower as needed, requiring me to return them. Unfortunately, the company won't accept the return; I have to use a courier, which is costing me £80. Just a heads-up: avoid ordering oversized items, as you may end up covering the return costs if they don’t meet your expectations. 😧
Absolutely dreadful customer support... I'm still waiting for a resolution regarding my order, which was delivered to the wrong address. According to the representative from customer support, this is acceptable under their policy. Totally ineffective service... I won't shop here again... it feels like I've been cheated.

If you accidentally order a lower-quality jogger set, it won't be a huge loss; just pair it with decent trainers, and it can still look good. It might not last forever, but that's the charm of affordable fashion! I've had items that have lasted for years and still wash and wear well. Some of the makeup is just as good as the high-end stuff, and the homeware is fantastic; I always find new little gadgets! As I mentioned, I truly love this place—it's my go-to shop for everything!
Awful experience with this company when issues arise; I wasted hours navigating unnecessary obstacles they created to fix a problem of their own making. The quality of customer service matches the poor quality of their products. Don't waste your time.
