Frustrating experience with my order

I ordered four clothing items, but for some unknown reason, the order was split, and I only received one. The other three were never delivered, yet the company claims they were. I can assure you they weren't. I reached out for support and got no help, as expected. Don't waste your money on this service; they quickly take your payment but are very slow to assist when issues arise. Now, I anticipate a generic response telling me to contact their support team for resolution. I won't bother with that. 😡😡😡

Terrible experience with my order!

I placed an order on 11th December for £152. The company requested proof of payment, which I provided with a screenshot and my statement. I submitted evidence daily, but on 18th December, they canceled my order, and now I have to wait five days for a refund. The reason given was that they raised the price of the item I ordered. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Steer Clear!

I am very frustrated and upset with my recent experience with the service. For 10 days, they persistently asked for proof of payment, specifically bank statements/documents, to process my order. Despite reaching out to their customer support multiple times and providing screenshots and documents in various formats as requested, they dismissed each submission without any clear explanation or guidance on what was actually needed. After days of stress and effort, they canceled my order this morning, stating that the required documents were "not sent in time." Now, they claim my refund will take 2-14 business days to process. This entire situation feels like a scam. A trustworthy company wouldn’t hold an order for 10 days, continuously request documents they refuse to accept, and then use that as a reason to cancel and withhold the customer's money for weeks. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. Their customer support is unhelpful, the document verification process is a hassle, and they ultimately canceled my order and are delaying my refund. I find this company to be misleading and possibly fraudulent.

Disappointed with the recent order experience

I have been ordering from the service for quite some time and usually have no problems… However, this time I placed an order at the beginning of December and have yet to receive my items. No one seems to know where they are. I reached out to the carrier, who also has no information. I contacted the support team for a refund, but I'm getting nowhere. They keep asking me to wait another week to see if the parcel arrives. I've waited again, and still nothing. It's just a frustrating cycle… I just want a refund.

Unacceptable Response Time and Service

I have yet to receive any response regarding my refund after more than a month. The customer service is appalling. I feel cheated out of over £40 due to poor-quality products and a blatant disregard for regulations. I strongly advise against making a purchase.

Disappointing Experience This Time Around

I've typically received excellent service over the years, but this time I am very dissatisfied and won't be returning. I was selected for a security transaction verification and submitted multiple documents, all of which were rejected. I placed my order early for the holiday season, and now it has disrupted our plans due to poor communication and lack of assistance. Not only will my order not arrive on time, but the refund process will also take a while. I'm extremely frustrated. I felt like I was going in circles with no support, and instead of assistance, my order was canceled. Very unprofessional service, and I won't be using it again.

Delivery issues with the service

They rely on a delivery service that fails to deliver your packages. My recent experience has left me frustrated as I can only interact with an ineffective chatbot that advises patience, yet I cannot receive a refund for items that haven't arrived. Even when a refund is processed, I’ll only get a partial amount back due to one item being personalized. My parcel seems to have been taken by the delivery driver, and I’m left without a refund because of it. Let’s just hope the driver has the same names as my ten grandchildren.

Inconsistent Pricing During Online Shopping

When shopping online, as you add more items to your basket, the prices change from what was initially displayed. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of, as even when you select an item with a promotional color, the price still appears differently.

Mixed experience with delayed delivery

I ordered from a platform where one parcel arrived quickly, but I'm still waiting for the second one. There haven't been any updates since December 2nd, and it keeps showing as "at cargo point." I've contacted support, but I only receive the same response about logistics issues. The carrier hasn't received the parcel, and I doubt I'll order again. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed with the entire experience. I understood there would be a wait due to the shipping origin, but this delay seems excessive.

However, keep in mind that if you're looking for premium quality, you might want to explore other options, though the quality here isn't bad at all. It's advisable to read the reviews for the items you're interested in if you have concerns. I ordered some packaging for biscuits that had some confusing wording, likely due to translation issues, but that's just a minor detail. Delivery times can fluctuate, but it's not too bad considering the items are shipped from overseas; they can still arrive relatively quickly. So far, all my orders have been received.
