Most of the clothes ordered looked nothing like the images and were very poor quality. On applying for a refund, suddenly they announce that when I bought they added discount whivh I’m no longer entitled to so the refunded amount was no where near what I’d paid. Very deceptive!
Only just started using SHEIN and my goodness, by the time you have gotten of the page with all the ridiculous discount codes etc, the price has gone up!! Very complicated to use.. it’s not worth the 2 hours every time you order something!! What a ridiculous site!!
ordered 2 pair pyjamas for husband only 1 arrived...not had a good week for parcel deliveries (not shein) so I was more than grouchy.I'm 80 years old and not very mobile so rely on home delivery, Have to say when I lost it with online reporting AAAg!! I phoned and after giving the required information which I am a bit of a nightmare finding it,sent some screenshots, whole matter dealt with in a couple of hours and goods now on way although they had issued a refund but wanted the goods.They are on there way, Thank you for dealing with a grouchy old lady so well.
My parcel was not delivered to my house & I am not happy about it. My parcel should come to my house and for shein to suggest I go looking for it is outrageous what shein should be doing is complaining to Evri but no you are actually endorsing it.I will expect a refund asap
