I was hoping to build a long-term relationship for custom hair systems, but this has been the most disappointing experience. My emails went unanswered for days, then my order was handed to a new staff member midway. After all the waiting, the order was finally shipped to the wrong country! I kept seeing Superhair’s ads everywhere and had high expectations, but now I regret switching from my previous supplier.
The order was processed on 10/13/25, we are in the same county as vendor. As of 10/23/25 have not received item. I was charged $10.00 for shipping for a small item. If I Knew it would have taken this long I could have driven the 19 miles to physical location saved $10.00 and had the product in my hand in a few hours. outrageous shipping cost and no customer support.
