My husband loves the underwear! It’s so soft and he only buys them now. I got him a subscription for Christmas.
This month I missed the email to pick out his pattern and it picked one he already had.
I reached out to customer care and they helped me locate the email (it was in promotions) and switched to a pattern of my choosing! Very happy with the service.
Terrible Customer Service!
My boyfriend and I were going to a fancy polo match and wanted to get the matching suit and dress. After trying for two days to place the $230 order, we contacted Shinesty via email. We asked if they had a support number or if they could help us place the order via email since the discount codes that are ON THE WEBSITE for 20% off weren't working, nor the 25% code we received in our email wasn't either. We sent multiple screenshots to them and their response was, "sorry to hear that, here's another code to try" & "we don't have a support number". After their codes didn't work either and another two days went by, we gave up. If you are going to make your products crazy expensive, the least you could do is have great customer service. Will not be ordering EVER.
The shinesty team are without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced! I forgot to change my address and didn't receive last months shipment. They were so kind to reship last months pair and route this months pair to my new address free of charge with no questions asked! That's customer service!
Shinesty is a great brand of men’s underwear with their ball hammock technology. I tested them out by buying three pairs of boxer briefs with fly. Extremely comfortable, breathable, and the ball hammock really held the goods in place which made walking, crossing legs, sitting and standing very easy and. Comfy. No ball crushing.
I probably own about 25 pair now including their trunk design too which I love. I tested many different brands in my own. No compensation. The color selection is good, and they have many fun prints.

They provide genuine big sizes, which I truly appreciate. I would prefer the brief legs to be a bit longer—I like a 9-inch inseam. However, there are plenty of fun designs that keep things exciting. I'm subscribed monthly, and it's enjoyable to see the new patterns each month. Overall, the pricing is reasonable for the quality received.
