They allow Scam/Spam. I opened a ticket with them about davidbremerlawoffice.com being a scam web site and they closed the ticket without any response. When I opened the ticket, I provided them with PDF scans of the documents that were sent to myself and my neighbors as proof. I even did the research for them and showed them how to use Google Street View to see for themselves that the address associated with David Bremer Law Office was an empty lot with two boarded up homes next to it. Basically, the web site looks legitimate and the scam letters they send appear to look legitimate, that is until you begin to investigate. The phone number does not belong to a Law Office. The address is fake and the letter claims that I have a family member that died and left $12,820,000 and this law firm will split the proceeds with me and just to put the icing on the cake, they ask only one thing of me; to share 10% of the proceeds with "charitable organizations". I brought this to the attention of Shinjiru.com.my. I created the ticket, submitted the proof and after a few days, the ticket was closed without any explanation. It was just closed. I would have respected them more if they just told me to mind my own business. What that tells me is that their tech support people are not as good as the reviews claim. I suspect that most if not all of the reviews are fake. Something as simple as what I described above couldn't even provide me with a simple response. I can only imagine how bad it would be if you had an issue with your site on their platform. Good luck but I would stay away from them.
