Its always a great experience going through guinea pigs Australia. The website is so easy you use. This is the 4th time now that I have bought something from here. It's always great quality and comes decently quick. I highly recommend guinea pigs Australia to anyone with small fur babies.

Really well-run small/family business of people who genuinely care about your pet. With specific regard to the online store; the customer service is personal, direct and conscientious. The processing and shipping of orders is fast and efficient, and if there's ever any issues, they get in touch asap and take the time to consider your needs. Don't let the name fool you - they care every bit as much about your bunny as they do about guinea pigs :) The other side of their site is just as impressive, and I feel deserves a special mention; they have lots of informative and useful content on caring for guinea pigs - Niomie, who runs the business, is a qualified vet nurse who's owned guinea pigs since childhood. I'm a rabbit-owner myself, but I had guinea pigs when I was younger, and if I ever have them again, this part of the site is super good value for guinea pig owners. They have a section that helps you find rescues near you if you want to adopt, as well as exotic vets near you (which is super useful if you have guinea pigs and/or rabbits, because they definitely need specialised vet care, but small animal-specialist vets can be few and far between, depending on where you live - I live in Sydney, and I think there's still only something like, 5 or so in the whole of Sydney, despite it being the biggest city in the country). That same section will also help you find small animal pet-sitters near you (which, again, as with vets, is super useful cos most of the sitters that come up for rabbits on MadPaws, are people who have never actually owned rabbits, but own dogs and/or cats and figure rabbits will be a breeze - but if something goes wrong, you want someone who is familiar with the different type of care they need).All in all, this is a great site if you have guinea pigs - but also if you have rabbits, I can highly recommend!
Purchased large cage double stand and kitchen. Everything arrived well packed in two boxes with nothing missing. Very satisfied with the products. One star taken as there is quite a large delay between placing order and the order being shipped compared to other small businesses I've purchased from.
