The service and communication is great, very helpful and considerate. I'm a first time buyer here and unfortunately Aust Post has failed and therefore has delayed my delivery....still this little hiccup will not deter me from ordering again
Received rabbit pellets rather than the guinea pig pellets I ordered.. I asked very politely that they ship the correct items express as I was running out of guinea pig pellets and have nowhere local to get them. The reply I got agreed and said all the right things, but then the correct order took days to ship and didn't arrive until two weeks later. During that time I received another email out of the blue asking me to return the items they had mistakenly sent. I would have preferred that their customer service be honest with me that they would be shipping it regular post so that I could have asked for a refund and looked elsewhere online.
I purchased an Ozzy Cage and some hay. Great customer service with Nicola. She helped me choose the right cage for our two girls. I am happy with the products, the cage is sturdy and came with a metal bar to help hold the lid up. I had to call to see how to make the cage but Nicola gave me a link to the website video tutorials which are very easy to follow even for someone who isn’t very handy like me!The clear panels are fantastic and easy to wipe down. Hay was super fresh and green. Very happy. I’ll continue to support this business, having a family business myself I know how hard it is at the moment so I really appreciate these guys doing the best for little pets.
