I ordered a gas range at a fantastic Black Friday price. Delivery was initially set for Monday of Thanksgiving week, but I explained that I work on Mondays and Wednesdays. Although the customer service mentioned rescheduling would be challenging due to the holiday, they ultimately arranged delivery for Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, it did not happen, leaving me without a stove just two days before Thanksgiving after removing my old one in anticipation of the Tuesday delivery. Despite this setback, they worked hard to resolve the issue and delivered early Wednesday morning before I had to leave for work. To compensate for the inconvenience, they installed the new range, provided a new gas hose, and removed the old range. Both team members worked diligently to ensure my experience was a positive one, and they succeeded brilliantly.
From beginning to end, everything was seamless. They called, scheduled, and confirmed my delivery in advance. The website was remarkably user-friendly, and my entire appliance package was delivered to New York in just two days. The delivery team notified me when they were two hours away, arrived on time, and installed my full kitchen set in under four hours. They were professional, courteous, and treated my home with respect. The office even reached out the night before to confirm the delivery window—very organized. One of the appliances had a minor defect, and the platform handled it promptly, sending a technician within 72 hours. They took full responsibility and made the process hassle-free. They truly simplify appliance shopping. Amazing service, exceptional support, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
So far Shopappliances has been right on time in sending me emails about the new 4-door Refrigerator I purchased on-line from Best Buy in Melbourne, FL - They even gave me an enormous discount when I asked if they would not just deliver but also place the old one on my husband's truck & set-up the new one in place including hooking up to the water system - I will input another review after it is delivered & set-up - But if it is anything like what has happened so far, it will be a rewarding & uplifting review.
