Placed an online order for an LG Washer/Dryer Combo on a Saturday…. Units were scheduled for delivery on the following Tuesday. Unbelievable turn around time! Not only did Shopappliances have the best price, they also have the best customer service. Upon placing my order I realized I selected the wrong dryer ( needed electric and accidentally purchased gas ) I made a phone call to customer service, placed the order for the correct one and it will be delivered tomorrow!! It’s very refreshing to know there is a business out there like this that still values customer service along with having the best pricing. Bravo to Joseph and his team! Excellent!
There was an issue with the delivery company. The delivery company was very unprofessional. I called customer service and expressed my dissatisfaction .The customer service representative spoke with her manager concerning the problem and they readily resolved the problem with impeccable courtesy. Thank you again.
I ordered my Frigidaire single door side-by-side set with the trim kit and Joseph was very very helpful and making sure that delivery and installation goes smoothly. He said not to worry that we could schedule the delivery and install later in December so the remodel wouldn’t be a. Issue during installation. Ordered a SqeedQueen washing machine a couple months back, quick delivery, awesome customer service, and neat installation. Product still works great. You can just tell these people know appliances and more importantly they know their customer.I recommend to anybody who wants premium appliances!
