I am not usually one to post reviews, but in this situation, I felt it was necessary. We ordered a product from Homery and unfortunately, it was incapable being installed. The customer service from both the technician and the representatives on the phone could not have gone smoother in the end. We were very satisfied with the customer support given and would highly recommend dealing with this company and ordering their great products for anyone out there interested in a high-end appliance we could not have been happier with our experience with this company and look forward to working with him again.

Ordered a wall over/microwave combo…

Ordered a wall over/microwave combo unit.The unit I ordered was delayed many times as it was a special order. To me customer service and support in this situation is paramount. I ended up getting a different unit and not only did they match the price of the oven that I initially ordered but through in an air fryer tray at no charge. Joseph and Bill did the best they could in this situation, and I appreciate that more than getting the original oven.

Last Tuesday

Last Tuesday, Nov. 11, I searched and ordered online for a kitchen wall oven for sale to replace our broken oven. Out of all sellers that I saw online, the Shop Appliances caught my attention because of their early delivery schedule which is Nov. 12 - 14. The oven had been delivered today, Nov. 13, in good condition, by their nice staff. Overall rating is 5 stars. Highly recommend.
