I ordered a bosh wall oven as well as a dishwasher and I was pleasantly surprised by the color of appliances. It had such a nice appeal and matched really well with my kitchen. Makes the whole house look richer. The support was amazing also. They know what they’re doing. Recommend fosho.

Good but arrival slower than expected

My only comment is the estimated delivery date provided after the sale was twice as long as the estimated delivery date, so if you're strapped for time you might want to call them. Otherwise, they were very good at keeping me updated on the progress of the order. Their customer service is very responsive and the delivery carrier was very good as well.

I needed a new outdoor icemaker

I needed a new outdoor icemaker. Searched websites that reviewed appliances. Decided to stay with a Kitchenaid, good rating and a match to the size I need to fit into a cabinet. I searched appliance websites looking for a good price, delivery and set up. Costco, Home Depot and Lowe’s either didn’t have the model I wanted or did not deliver, set up the new one and take the old one away. Shop Appliance had everything and did everything. Even though it was a NY store and I’m in South Carolina, I decided to call them. I got Natasha on the line. I could tell right away she knew what she was doing. Great personality, can do attitude and very accommodating. The transaction was done very quickly and accurately. The shipping company was a little slower delivering the ice maker than originally stated. The two young men who delivered it were very careful and polite, but probably never set up one of these before. They didn’t align a drain hose to drain opening and later that day I had water pouring out from under the outdoor kitchen cabinet. I call Natasha and told her I had some great guys who could ser it up right. I asked for a $59 refund for the installation portion of the bill. She issued it immediately. Great service!!! I would definitely call Natasha the next time I need an new appliance. Ask for Natasha. She’s terrific.

Pleasant experience w/ a GREAT COMPANY!

Our old downdraft oven finally gave out after 29 years. I searched the internet over and over, I checked the big box stores over and over and never could find a downdraft that was affordable and fit the space in our counter that we needed. One day, I came across Shop Appliances, and I am so BLESSED that I did, it was on sale and what was great about it, they had a phone # that you could talk to a “REAL” person and not some recording. Natasha answered the phone and I told her that I NEEDED to know the exact measurement from the rear of the oven to the front of the oven door, most of the sites that I visited only listed the measurement to the handle. To my amazement, Natasha advised me that they had one on the showroom floor and she would be back in a moment. When she came back she not only had that measurement but all the measurements that I needed. She was so helpful, she sent me a link to complete the purchase, told me what to expect and even gave me some insight on attachments for the KitchenAide downdraft I had purchase. The entire process was super easy, super quick, and Shop Appliances were the best. Their customer service is one that truly CARES about their customers, I actually felt like I had found the people that are the leaders in this industry, and I live in Virginia and Natasha was in New York, but again, she made the transaction so pleasant. If you need any appliance’s look no further than Shop Appliances. They ROCK!

The customer service is terrifiic

The customer service is terrifiic! I mistakenly ordered the wrong refrigerator. Natasha was kind and very helpful in getting the order canceled and identifying a refrigerator that suited my needs. I received the refrigerator within a week. Voicemails/messages returned very promptly.
