Disappointed...Did not receive what I ordered

I ordered three different of the Autumn leaves in Black. I received two different kinds: 2 of the Autumn 2 were sent and 1 of the Autumn 3. I did not receive an Autumn 1 as ordered. I have emailed Artepera about the mix up in my order and have not heard back from the Company. I am very disappointed, as I have purchased many items from them and have never had an issue. I would really like to see a reply. I love the products!
