Review Time
I had my eye on a dress from this website for some time and decided to give them a try. When I received the dress it wasn't my size so I needed to return given the price was almost $100. Their return process was NOT user friendly, with the website sending me in circles trying to create a return label. When I reached out for help, I was kept waiting for more than an hour just to be told that I should reload the page. I was so frustrated. I finally got them to send me a return label but was given only store credit as opposed to a full refund. A very deceiving company with extremely poor customer service that is not worth the shipping time, the price, or the hassle – especially if they do not value the customers that give them business.
5’ 7” 115 lbs, size 2 dress ordered Dress arrived and size chart wasn’t accurate, fit was completely different than advertised. Material was way too thin and itchy and there were loose seams. The zipper was very shoddily attached. Instant return, for which I had to pay shipping fees. Will never order from Showpo again. The dress was very very overpriced for what it ended up being. Felt and looked like a dollar store table cloth. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written for anything, but I feel strongly that if you’re going to charge reasonably high prices for clothing, customers should at least be able to expect wearable items.
I recieved my order today, 1st time ordering with showpo. I ordered some dresses and 2 body suit t shirts. My husband burst out laughing as the dresses were all completely see through! I didnt notice in the pictures as it looked normal on the model. Theres no way I could wear any of them to his work event as planned. The two body suit t shirts were also see through whatttt lol! The fabric was sooooo thin and cheap. I definitely won't be ordering from Show po ever again. It's not high quality at all.
All the coupons that they send simply DON'T WORK. When I contacted Showpo they said send us screenshot. So I did. Then I asked them send Coupon that actually works. Their response from Kara was send me Screenshot,. So I did send it again. Waited for a few days . She responded SEND ME YOUR SCREENSHOT (again). DO THEY EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ??? I ALREADY HAVE 20 emails with the same recponse!!!! Do not shop there Wait of your time and energy they not worth the Price they put on their clothe !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 00000000000000000000
Their website is not forthcoming about the return policy. The clothes were horrible quality and the sizing was not represented well. They are refusing me a refund and claim they have their refund policy all over their website. They do not. I sent many images of their deceiving website and they responded that they don't care. The US law allows them to do this. Basically their P&L is a huge list of people that are not allowed to return their clothes for a refund and many likely do not order more with their "store credit." Companies that actually do well, offer free returns and refunds in 30 days. Their policy is 7 days. I will never order from them again, but they don't care.
I made an order of 3 dresses for a total of 200 USD. One of the dresses was 100 USD! The quality is beyond horrible and for the prices Showpo offers, you can buy quality stylish dresses elsewhere! I would compare the quality to that of SHEIN. The 100-dollar dress arrived faulty (torn and the zipper is broken) and I am in the process of trying to return it and get a refund which is apparently a complicated and lengthy process. STAY AWAY!
