Review Time
I went to return an order recently and found out they recently changed their policy for refunds to within 10 days from receipt (versus 30). They never proactively notified existing customers so I had no idea the policy changed and was left with nearly $1000 in store credit and they wouldn't budget on an exception. It was scammy, but rather than fight them, I kept the store credit. Then, I ordered with store credit and the package said delivered, but never arrived at my building (I checked everywhere and notified the super, who also could not locate the package). The tracking number they gave me that said it was delivered when I contacted customer support was different from the one they sent to my email with the order. The one sent to my email still says status unknown and there is no photo evidence of a successful delivery to my address. The 'real' tracking number they provided does not even include my full address so it's likely it could have gone to the wrong building. I'd dispute this with my bank, but I can't because it's store credit. Rather than resend the package, which most credible retailers do, they are suggesting I launch an investigation, upon which, I still don't believe they'll refund or resend a replacement package. I've ordered from Showpo many times over the past few years, so it's really disappointing that they treat loyal customers this way. I would give 0 stars if I could.
This company doesn't even deserve 1 star this is scandalous worst worst worst customer service I ever encountered. 1 month to get my roboe resolve nobody answers clearly and give his own explanations. Multiplesmessages sent with no answers. They are lying that they shipped the package when clearly I have DHL proof that the package was returned to them and they signed to get it. But still are saying they never get the package. I discoursge anyone to order with them they are scammers.they keep charging me money while they shouldn't 500$ lost I'm so mad right now.
Bought a dress, that doesn't fit - want to return to another size, but I'll cost me $68 AUD to return - even though I just want another size, I didn't even want a refund. I live in Europe, and have purchased from abroad 100 of times - never ever have I been asked to pay this much for returning - have in mind, I also had to pay 30$ for the shipping to receive the package.
WAITED ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT ITEM THAT WAS NEVER SHIPPED OUT: Bought an item on 7/1/23 and received it broken on 7/15/23. I reached out to customer service right away to get a replacement and was told an email with a prepaid shipping label would be sent right away. A week later and the email never came and I had to reach out to customer service to send it again. THEN, they didn’t ship my replacement out until I contacted their customer service AGAIN letting them know I saw that the broken item made it back to their wear house a week prior (I had tracking on it). They told me it would be shipped out immediately. HOWEVER… 2 weeks later I contacted customer service AGAIN, because my replacement item was nowhere to be found, and they told me that someone messed up and never processed the replacement but now it’s too late for them to send me another item as it was intended to be worn 2 days from now on 8/25… it’s not brain surgery, it’s a replacement!
I ordered the Amalthea High Waisted Wide Leg Pant. Website says they are 90% cotton and 10% spandex. Pants arrived and looked incredibly cheap. Checked label - fabric is 45% cotton and 45% rayon. Fabric looks super cheap. Will be returning them (Showpo makes you pay for shipping if you return them for a refund so I have to pay $12 to return them).

Other retailers have shown empathy by offering extended return periods in similar situations, and it's disappointing to see Showpo fall so short in this aspect. At a time when compassion should be at the forefront, their unwillingness to accommodate a grieving customer reveals a lack of understanding and a disconnect from the real emotions their patrons might be facing.In conclusion, my experience with Showpo has been nothing short of disappointing. Their poor customer service and unforgiving 7-day return policy for clothing not only added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time, but also showed a lack of compassion and empathy that is deeply disheartening. I strongly urge the company to reconsider their policies and train their customer service representatives to treat customers with the care and respect they deserve, especially when they are going through personal hardships. I also strongly recommend that you don't shop here, ever.
My mom got me a dress for my birthday it was 135euro and when it came in the post and I opened it there was a string missing and it the dress came unfinished. I was extremely disappointed and didn’t bother returning it as postage and custom fees where so high. Won’t be buying from here again.
I will never buy from Showpo again! - sizes/fits are wrong/quality is terrible - then kept my money!Bought from Showpo coz of the glossy photos on their website -but dont fall for it - the quality that arrived was super bad...the fit is too small for Australian womens standard sizing...I tried to return it as their website literally says FREE RETURNS!I asked for refund to original payment method due to bad customer service & theyre now keeping my money in store credit!Totally against ACCC & Fair trading regulations (false advertising).I 100% do NOT recommend buying from them as they make it SUPER hard to get your money back if you dont like what you buy... *definitely not worth the hassle*
Don’t waste your money. Shipping said 7-10 days and my package is now estimated to get here 23 days after I placed the order. I’m doubting I will even get it. I have contacted customer service a few times and they just keep telling me it’s delayed and they have no control over it.
I’ve ordered from Showpo a few different times and always had a great experience im so shocked to see so many negative reviews! I’m Canadian but always order from the Australians site as opposed to the US site as I find the exchange better. I’ve had multiple pieces for a few years now and they still hold up. I’ve gotten shirts, dresses, and rompers loved them all! A few didn’t fit right but that’s bound to happen.
