Review Time
I genuinely was so excited to receive my order. I ordered multiple dresses to take with me on a destination wedding. I ordered the pieces 3 weeks before the wedding hoping they would make it to me within the 7-10 business days, I had no idea it was even coming from Australia and had I knew I would have upgraded my shipping to arrive faster but after reading reviews, that wouldn’t have even mattered. My tracking hasn’t moved from Australia and I only got another shipping link to DHL by chatting them and them telling me in 48 hours it will update and be transferred to USPS. it never transferred and I’ve been on the phone with DHL and chatting them who told me the package has come through customs and was released but is unable to be located. They also told me if it was found, it would take another 8 days to even arrive to me……Told this to Showpo and my responses from them have been full of attitude and bad customer service. They have been so unhelpful and told me i had to wait 1 business day to put in a request to them to track down the order (this chat was at 9pm at night here and I stated that the next business day was in a few hours and all i got was attitude from the customer service agent.) once i waited, they still have yet to give me an update, and said that update would come in a few days, 2 days before I’m supposed to leave for this wedding because of when i put in the request…. I put in the request when I was told to put in the request. I’ve never been one to complain but the fact that I let them know my order was stuck in processing and lost, they couldn’t help me because they were in Australia. If this is their excuse then maybe don’t advertise that you ship to the US and that you won’t be helpful when the package is lost…. Seems like this is pretty normal for them per reading reviews. I’m genuinely so disappointed in this brand and will now be out of multiple dresses for this wedding that i spent a few $100 dollars on.Editing to add: 8/23/23Package has still not arrived and is lost in the mail. Customer service is 0/10 and their condescending attitude towards their customers is a real treat. Do not recommend.
Ordered a jumpsuit for my Bach in May. A month later my item was still tracking at the factory. They gave me a refund and I immediately reordered because I wanted the jumpsuit. Another 3 weeks go by and the SAME exact thing happened! My Bach is in a week and now I don’t have an outfit.
They charge a lot for shipping considering the size of the package. Ultimately the item was delayed and couldn't be used (also poor quality and incorrect measurements) only for them to charge you again to return it and the amount they charge is far more than if you were to mail it yourself. It didn't come in a box just a cheap plastic bag so you will also need to pay for that. The prices seem good because they basically make money off the excess shipping they charge. I will never order from here again
Very negative experience! This was my first time ordering from Showpo and while I can't speak to the quality of the clothes since I never received them I can say this process has been extremely frustrating. After 3 weeks my order tracking just keeps stating "delayed" and customer service is horrible and non responsive making me believe they are a scam!
just love the fact that i started a return over 2 months ago and i have yet to get my money...they keep saying the refunds coming and it never does.then they say they have to investigate it then i get emails saying oh its on its way 3 to 5 days but then it never comes then they say they have to investigate again this has been going on 3 months! Telling me that im getting my refund then i never do then they say they have to investigate again and it just goes round and round in circles of the same bs...i have all the emails screen shots ect this is theft and i love how i report a dispute to my card they contqct them then they say they not gonna give the refund yet they say to me they are... im pressing charges these arnt even all the screen shots
