First time ordering from Showpo, was a bit hesitant but gave it a go. Fast delivery and great quality! Bought three dresses, two in my normal size 8, both were lined and they fit great! The third one was a white ribbed sleeveless dress which I didn't want it tight so went up a size, perfect.
I ordered a wedding dress "Lets get married", it was delivered so quickly and was so beautifully presented.The dress is so beautiful but sadly I ordered the incorrect size, and the dress just didn't suit me. I tried to navigate the returns page and had to go on to the live chat for assistance. I got a response straight away, and Anamarie was very helpful and very quick to respond. What a great experience, such a shame the dress just wasn't the one for me.
Loved the clothes and shoes but I won't buy from them due to their NO REFUND POLICY. Thankfully, I realised the policy just before I paid!!! Personally, If a store won't honour refunds, it's better to shop elsewhere. Sorry, Showpo - your current policy doesn't promote brand loyalty.
