Showpo was running a special where you received 25% off regular priced items if you download the app and place your order there. So, I downloaded the app and placed my order but didn't see any type of promo code so I assumed it would automatically be applied in check-out (silly me for assuming!) I placed my order and no discount was applied so It came to full price. I reached out to the chat for guidance on how I could get the 25% applied. I'll be honest, the first person I chatted with really rubbed me the wrong way. They gave me one option which I was unhappy with and quickly shut down the conversation, wishing me a great day and before I could respond, they had left the chat. Seriously?Thankfully, I was introduced to someone else who helped me figure out a solution that worked for both of us. They explained different options, how long each would take, and gave me suggestions on what I can do to ensure the delivery date wouldn't be pushed back. I wish I could disclose a name because they deserve a shout-out.Poor customer service blows my mind - especially in today's environment. After my experience with the first customer service rep, I made my mind up to never shop from Showpo, ever again. I will fully admit that there was actually a promo code in fine print that I was supposed to use during check-out so It was ultimately my fault but I realized seconds after placing the order.
I purchased a dress almost 12 months ago for an event that had to be postponed due to COVID. It hasn't been worn and still has tags but unfortunately no longer fits me.The amazing staff are letting me return it so I can get a bigger size and still wear this dress!Amazing customer service!
I had an inquiry about my order as I wasn't sure if discount had been applied and also needed a return slip sent to me as I didn't receive the email when I payed for one online.Anamarie was extremely prompt and helpful, she didn't muck around and was very helpful. The return policy is terrible and the sizes are way smaller than the standard sizing. Buyer beware. Each return costs $7.95 and you only get a store credit so have to make additional orders that generally don't fit. Some items are non-returnable which is ridic and who would have guessed for an online only store. Terrible experience and never again.
Forever love Showpo and everything they do. Their products are incredible quality and have a huge range. They ship so so quickly and use trustworthy couriers, never had a complaint about their shipping. Best thing about them is their customer service team, always so friendly and accommodating.
